Just follow the steps below!
Log onto www.olmiracles.com and complete the proper registration application (Pre-K or K-8) for your child(ren). Each application is formatted per family. You only need to fill both applications if you are registering a Pre-K child and a K-8 child.
A registration fee of $150 per child is due at the time of application. In reviewing the tuition for OLMCS, keep in mind that we bill on a 10-month basis, beginning in August. You may also choose to pay in a one-time payment.

OLMCS offers a tuition assistance application which may be completed online. Tuition assistance is not available for Pre-K students. Completing the application does not guarantee assistance, however it is required for consideration of Diocesan and Local financial assistance.

The OLMCS Student and Parent Handbook is available on our website. This document is not just a suggestion, but a necessary means to make our school successful. Please familiarize yourself with it and return the signature page no later than August 31, 2018 to the school office.
OLMCS believes that the one of the greatest impacts a parent can make on a child is that of support in their day-to-day lives. Parents can make this impact through participating in the Parent Club. The OLMCS Parent Club which supports the school through fundraisers and volunteer hours. Parents of Kindergarten through eighth grade students are required to participate and donate of their time to the school. These volunteer hours assist in keeping the school on budget and our tuition at a lower cost. Review this document on our website to understand additional responsibilities required by our parents.

The Extended Day Program (EDP) is available until 5:00 p.m. with the exception of minimum days and a few major holidays. Fees are as follows and are billed monthly alongside your tuition statement.

Uniforms can be sourced online from Dennis Uniforms using school code: FHN (www.dennisuniforms.com). Dress Code information begins on page 32 of the OLMCS Student/Parent Handbook for Pre-K through Eighth grade.
Visit the school’s website, www.olmiracles.com, and click on “Beehively” in the top right-hand corner and register for an account. Beehively, our student data program, provides the school with a way for administration and teachers to communicate with our parents. This informational portal is called Schoolyard. All school messages and emergency notifications (i.e. evacuations) will be announced through this system. Be sure to enroll today and continue to keep your information updated!
